Of The Chosen LLP is a limited liability partnership and the legal and corporate arm of the band.
The company was incorporated on 27 March 2018 and is currently seated in the Third Floor of 5 Chancery Lane, London. This building acts as the address of CC Young & Co, a provider of accounting
and taxation services to the music, film and entertainment industries.
Membership
During incorporation, Of The Chosen LLP contained the then six members of the band, including now departed bandmate Diego Tejeida. His departure from the
partnership on 17 August 2020 was used as the first concrete sign of Diego leaving Haken, who would announce his departure in November of the following year. On 21 March 2023, returning band
member Pete Jones officially joined the partnership.
