"Snow" is a song by British progressive metal band Haken. It is the closing track of the band's and 2008 demo Enter the 5th Dimension, as well as the band's self-titled 2007 demo.
The song would later be re-imagined on the band's 2014 EP Restoration as "Crystallised".
Basis
"Snow" follows the story of an unnamed protagonist who, after being joyous at the coming of winter, finds that this winter is eternal and will not be ending. As such, our protagonist must
set out to break this curse and end the wrath of winter. After a hard-fought battle, the protagonist overcomes with winter and celebrates its passing with a party.
